In accordance with the local Shelter-In-Place order in Kansas City, our staff will be working from home during this time. Our staff and attorneys will still be available to you by email and phone. We are doing all that we can to evolve our business as the situation progresses. The health and safety of our clients and staff is always a top priority to us.

Missouri Responses to COVID-19
- New order from the Missouri Supreme Court states any local court facility that has an employee test positive for COVID-19 must revert back to an operating phase with greater restrictions on in-person proceedings (July 24, 2020)
- The Missouri Supreme Court issued additional guidance for circuit courts as jury trials resume (June 5, 2020)
- The Missouri Supreme Court issues an order setting guidelines for the state’s court system to reopen gradually (May 4, 2020)
- Governor Parson announces first phase of “Show Me Strong Recovery” plan to begin May 4 (April 27, 2020)
- Missouri businesses set to re-open May 4, but local orders enforced (April 22, 2020)
- Kansas City’s “Stay At Home order” extended to May 15 (April 16, 2020)

- The Supreme Court of Missouri issued a new statewide order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The order suspends – with listed exceptions – all in-person proceedings in all state courts through May 1 (April 1, 2020)
